Patrick's local knowledge is impressive not only re the real estate market, but in his recommendations for local vendors (plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc.). Additionally, Patrick made himself available for numerous open houses both for other realtors and the public. His follow through was equally impressive in that he gave us real-time updates on his progress re the sale of the house. Patrick both sold our house and helped us buy our current house. His timing was excellent in this particularly tricky situation. His negotiation skills and his follow through in helping us receive permits, suggesting legal help, and navigating the specific local requirements were evident. Patrick has sold the last two homes we owned in the Hamptons... and not just sold them but sold them both quickly! He is very knowledgeable of the local market & has great connections with other realtors in the area to get a lot of people in to see the property. He thinks outside the box to get realtors into your house in turn getting their interested clients into your home. Our first house he had a local chef come to cook in our kitchen for a broker open house... not surprisingly he had a large turnout, someone had a client they knew would love the house and they bought it. With so many homes for sale he thinks of inventive ways to get people in to see what your home has to offer. On top of being great at what he does he is a pleasure to work with.
